When we are dieting, not only do we want to know what is the best way to lose weight, we also want to know what’s the best way to lose weight fast!!
In my vast experience of dieting, the world has offered some pretty outrageous and unbelievable variations on the best way to lose weight fast. From the myriad exercise machines, ranging in price from three thousand to a few hundred dollars, to pills, to berries, it is almost impossible to winnow out the one that will work best for me.
As to the exercise machines, I have tried quite a few, and some of them can be downright painful! As well as the fact of not really being sure how to work the thing, I have hated the fact that they are so cumbersome and unwieldy. I do have a few work-out machines that I feel help me in my struggle with weight, and that is the elliptical climber, and the stomach crunch machine at the gym.
They really get my heart going and I can feel the burn. I turn my MP3 player on, and I’m off to the races. I also love to swim, and I know I look ridiculous, but I use my snorkel and mask to swim with. It makes it much easier for me, and I am beginning to feel the great effects of swimming, I am able to really stay and do longer laps, without having to turn my head to gasp for air every four strokes. I love the ease I have doing this.
So let’s now go on to what goes down to the stomach. I realize that there are innumerable amounts of diet products for you to have to make your informed way through, and I have done the same. Thank goodness for the Internet! We are now a much more informed society, and are able to really research products in a way we never were able to before.
Back then, we just had to take the advertisers word for it, and buyer beware! I love to read reviews first, because they are unbiased. I make a lot of purchasing decisions in this manner, it just makes sense to me.
I have enjoyed eating what I wanted for years, and now I’m paying for it. I have always felt invincible as a young woman with a very nice figure, but now it’s a different world! I put on over 60 pounds of weight over the last 14 years, and have had a struggle with getting it off.
I am finally on the right track! Plus, it took a lot of self discipline to realize that there is no magic pill to make this weight go away. It was in my diet, that is where it had to begin.
So, I began a regimen of drinking shakes, eating the right kind of bars, and having very healthy dinners, not eating late, just a whole new approach to dieting I had never tried before. And I am so happy to report that it is working! I have so much more energy, which I did not have before.
I was perfectly happy lying around all day, watching my old movies on TV, and eating whatever struck my fancy. I had really just given up. Not anymore. I want to be out there living life to the fullest, and I and only I can do this for myself.
I now realize that the best way to lose weight may not necessarily be the best way to lose weight fast. I did not gain the weight overnight and I, and you if you’re about to begin dieting, must realize this for dieting success.
