Not only are those of us who are dieting trying to find the best way to lose weight but we’ve have all also searched for the quickest way to lose weight, and there are so many choices to choose from, that it is completely overwhelming. Some claims that seem to be so outrageous are those that promise unrealistic results.

As a person who has dieted and tried different diets, I know this not to be true in most cases. I have come to the realization that I alone am responsible for the shape that I am in.

If I am not comfortable in my size, then the weight loss that I expect to happen, will have to be on my terms. And I have found out, through trial and error, that the best and quickest way to lose weight is the food that is going into my body, and the exercise that I want and feel comfortable doing.

When I decided to become dedicated to seriously losing the weight, I did my research. I read the articles on the diet pills, and I really wasn’t so sold on them. The reason I was not was simply because of the amount of caffeine and who knows else what goes into these diet pills.

I remember the Phen-fen debacle. People died from the use of those pills because they are not regulated by the FDA. And that is what I want to see if I were to take any kind of dietary pill that makes these claims of instant weight loss.

There are always going to be companies out there to take your money and make promises that are totally unrealistic, because we don’t want to be overweight. We do, however want to be able to lose our unwanted pounds in a way that will work.

What I have discovered is the quickest way to lose weight is to eat the right kinds of food. Of course there is that hurdle of exercise that just to be honest, is hard and uncomfortable, but necessary. The food part is the easy part. When you know that what you are eating is actually helping your body lose weight, and you can see the results, you will have the incentive to get on a healthy lifestyle.

You will have so much more energy, and will want to show off that body to the world, especially if you have been overweight for a while. It feels great to shop for new clothes, not to have to go to the fat stores to cover up what you don’t like. A great pair of jeans looks terrific on anyone, and it’s about time to get yourself into them! There is no time like the present to begin.

Therefore, eating well definitely has to be a contender for the best way to lose weight. Additionally if you eat well AND exercise it can also be considered viable as an option for the quickest way to lose weight.
