Introducing The Best Way To Lose Weight!

I have been overweight for for quite a while. I’ve come to understand that the best way to lose weight is the simplest, and most of us don’t use it. What is this new dieting approach? Eating less.

I seem to get hungry late at night. Different people have their similar hunger cravings at different times of the day.

Late at night is my time. I can go without breakfast, and not eat until long after lunch time, then eat a bite. But come early evening, I’m ready to eat a horse!

But, by that hour I’m too tired to whip up a meal, or it’s so late, that I’m not up to all the prep work for it. So I usually end up ordering out.After which I’m ready for bed in an hour or so. So the weight just keeps piling on.

There has to be a better way for me. On top of my bad eating habits, I have a problem with constipation. I’ve seen my doctor, and I have a clean bill of health, no heath problems whatsoever. I’m just overweight, and I have a slow digestive system. I understand that lucky not to have any health related issues.

So what do I have to begin doing? I really want to lose some weight, I cannot fit into my clothes, and I am not happy the way I look. I wear the majority of my weight in my belly, so I know that I’m overweight. Therefore, I have been really researching as to the best way to lose weight for me is, what I’d like to tell you about it.

In the morning, I will mix up a fruit smoothie, a banana, some fresh strawberries, with. I like the one that contains a pro-biotic, as it helps me with my constipation.

I add ice and some pure apple juice, and I feel satisfied for hours. When lunch time comes, I will eat something light. Something like a salad with maybe some tuna or turkey breast in it. I love fish, and there are really good fish burgers that you can make the night before, then cut them up and put them in your salad.

You can prepare chicken in advance too! Just barbecue ‘em up. I prefer to marinate them first, for flavor, and eat them for lunch the next day with salad. When supper time comes around, I’m not starving! So there’s no reason for me to eat unhealthy, nor nearly as much.

I’ll make my favorite veggies, with fish or turkey, preferably with fish. I can’t get enough of fish, I was raised on it! I like to steam fish over brown rice, they cook together so nicely, add a bit of fat-free butter on the top, and that’s a meal. Eating earlier is really helping.

But, is making a big difference is exercising. A nice slow paced walk with my husband on the beach has been a great way to begin.

Finding the best way to lose weight has been such a ardous task for me, and now that I have begun … exercising and eating less, and eating better, I really am beginning to feel healthier and see the effects on my body.
